Care
Exercise and rehab
Exercise and rehab means movements your doctor picks for you, shown in the office and practiced at home, for adults who want to keep moving between visits.
Your doctor starts with how you move, then chooses a few exercises, shows you how to do them and checks your form. You take a printed sheet home.

What a visit includes
- 01
A movement check
How you bend, reach and walk, looked at together.
- 02
A few exercises
Chosen for you and shown in the room, not handed over as a long list.
- 03
A check on your form
Your doctor watches you do them and adjusts what you do.
- 04
A sheet to take home
In plain words, with pictures.
What to know
How long and how often
Your doctor sets the plan after the exam and changes it as you go. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not claim exercise prevents injury or replaces physical therapy your physician ordered. Results vary.
When to see a physician first
If an exercise brings on chest pain, dizziness or a new weakness, stop and call your physician.
How it is paid
Many plans cover some exercise instruction and some do not. How fees work explains how we check before you start.

Your doctor chooses a few that fit your day. Most take a few minutes.

Yes. That is the idea. You practice in the office first, then at home from the sheet.
Ready to talk it through?
Book a first visit, or call the front desk with a question first.
- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
